Solution Overview

Roundr enables you to create Round Robin assignment functions; something that’s missing from Sales and Service Cloud default functionality. Building a Round Robin Assignment schedule with Roundr is easy, quick, and can be leveraged as part of default Lead and Case assignment as well as the assignment of other standard and custom objects in your Salesforce instance. Also, included in this application, is the ability to omit users based on “open” record counts (a means to ensure they aren’t over burdened) as well as the ability to temporarily omit users that are unavailable (vacation, sick, etc) with the simple check of a box. This solution is available in Salesforce Classic and Lightning.

Unlimited assignments

Roundr is priced on a “per instance” basis. Meaning that this license is levied per Salesforce org/instance that it’s installed in; individual Sales/Service Cloud Licenses have no impact on your Roundr pricing. Our pricing model is predictable and reliable; just like the Roundr solution itself.
