ZipLine is an app built for salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud clients that need to auto-assign Accounts/Contacts/Leads to a specific Territory, based on a Zip Code logic. The hassle of building long, and possibly confusing, Lead Assignment Rules and Code will be gone forever.
With ZipLine all you’ll need to do is add Zip Codes to Territories, add an Owner to each Territory, and let the system do the work. Managing Territories and Zip Codes is simple as well. You’ll be able to easily reassign Zip Codes to other Territories, add new Zip Codes, and reshuffle Territory Owners. You’ll even be able to mass update Territories and Zip Codes using in-line editing on List Views. ZipLine is Lightning enabled.
Installing ZipLine is easy; from that point forward you’ll need to build out your Territories by adding Zip Codes and Owners. Don’t worry, we provide both written and video instructions on how to implement as well as how to best use this application. If you’re stuck, you can always submit a case for some additional help.
